2008 Curia Camp is totally ended within 3 days ~

In this 3 days , i found some happy events and friend relationship in there~

thz all organisers were set up a nice games for participants!!!

i am glad to join the camp with u guys !!^^

解辣方法

吃醋
吃辣時適量吃醋則絕對有助消除辣意
加少許酸醋於食物或湯內都可減低辣味,入口不見辛辣
多吃白飯和蔬菜都有助中和食物的辣味^^

事後奶
吃辣後來一杯雪糕或乳酸牛奶,都能有效減辣
品嚐印度咖喱時，以著名的凍飲Lassi佐餐，更是雙得益彰
Lassi材料有鮮乳酪加鮮榨水果,能為火辣的口唇降溫

切勿飲酒
很多人以為吃辣時喝啤酒,可減低食物的辛辣,其實並不正確
酒精只會增強吸收辣素,喝冰凍的酸梅湯反而更有效

以甜制辣
如誤嚼辣椒中的「辣子」,最快及即時的解救方法是含一口砂糖
以甜制辣
便可立即消解口腔的灼熱火熨感
